烟台万华的电伴热洗眼器便携式洗眼器采用电伴热带进行伴热和保温，在使用洗眼或者喷淋的时候给DCS一个开关信号，根据美国ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 2009 洗眼器标准，该电伴热洗眼器同时具有洗眼出水可以调节、喷淋出水可以调节，喷淋与洗眼可以同时使用。

Product Characteristics性能特点

1.    Use electrical heating cable of automatic to control temperature, play the role of insulation and anti-frozen for water inside Eye Wash pipe. 采用自动控制温度的电伴热带，对洗眼器管道内部水源进行伴热保温，达到防冻的作用。

2.    To avoid the water temperature in eyewash & shower is too high. The unit equip with the temperature controller which adjust the power of heating traced cable. 电伴热洗眼器设置温控器控制电伴热带发热的功率，避免伴热水源温度过高。

3.    Electrical components of this unit are all explosion proof type, explosion proof grade: Exd IIC T6, this unit is suitable for the sites requires explosion proof. 电伴热洗眼器壁挂式洗眼器采用的电器元件都是防爆型的，防爆等级：Exd IIC T6，适用于有防爆要求的化工场所使用。Protect grade 防护等级IP:65

4.    The power junction box is separated form the temperature junction box 电伴热带电源接线箱与温控接线盒分开设置

6.    Send a signal to DCS when using eyewash or shower 一旦使用洗眼部分或者喷淋部分，立即给DCS一个开关信号

7.    Equipped with shower system and Eye Wash system. When the body or cloth of the injured is showered by chemical substances, using showering system to wash with large quantity of water; when the face、eyes、neck or arm of staff are showered by chemicals, using Eye Wash system to wash. And the washing time must be more than 15 minutes.配备喷淋系统和洗眼系统。当受伤者身体上或者服装上遭受化学品物质喷溅时，使用洗眼器复合式洗眼器喷淋系统进行大水量冲洗；当化学品物质喷溅到工作人员面部、眼部、脖子或者手臂等部位时，使用洗眼器的 洗 眼系统进行冲洗。冲洗时间不得小于15分钟。
