上海机电设备招标有限公司（以下简称：招标机构）受 上海市农业科学院 （以下简称：招标人）委托，对下述货物和服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，我们竭诚欢迎合格投标人参加投标。

    /Shanghai Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Co., Ltd.(hereinafter called ”the Tendering Agent”), authorized and on behalf of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. (hereinafter called ”the Tenderee“), We cordially welcome eligible bidders for the supply of following goods and service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

3、*投标人资格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

1)如果投标人所投的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到制造商或其国内经销商的同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书；

1)If the goods of bidders for the bidder didn't made, the bidder shall be the manufacturer or its domestic distributor agrees to its official authorization in this bid to provide the goods;

2) 投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；

2) Bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy;

3) 制造商从 2012 年起在中国境内有不少于5个的业绩（须提供业绩清单）。

3) From 2012 in PRC, The manufacture should have more than  5 (including) Performance of  (must provide a performance list ). 

4、本次招标不接受联合体投标。/ Joint Bids NOT Available.

招标文件售价：每包售价： 500 元人民币，或 100  美元，中国境内邮购另加邮资 60 元人民币，中国境外邮购另加邮资 60 美元，售后不退。

   /Price of Bidding Documents: RMB 500 , or USD 100  for each set.  For mail order, the document will be sent at additional cost of RMB 60 (for domestic delivery) or USD 60 (for overseas delivery).
