项目概况/Project Overview：上海科技大学拟采购分选型流式细胞仪。分选流式细胞仪是对细胞进行自动分析和分选的装置， 可用于检测细胞表面和细胞质抗原、细胞因子、细胞内DNA、RNA含量等。研究所内的主要用途在于筛选GPCR及其相关信号蛋白的高表达稳定单细胞株。 同时， 筛选随机突变引起GPCR表达水平升高以及与配体结合力增强的稳定克隆。另外， 还将用于对特定GPCR的信号通路、各种结构域及片段、以及与上下游蛋白及配体的相互作用进行分析。ShanghaiTech University plans to purchase Flow cytometry sorting type instrument. Separation flow cytometry instrument is automatically to the cell analysis and sorting device, can be used to detect cell surface and cytoplasmic antigens, cytokines and cellular DNA, RNA content, etc. Institute is the main purpose of screening of GPCR and related signal protein expression of high stable single cell lines. At the same time, the screening of random mutations cause GPCR expression levels and the ligand binding force to enhance the stability of the clone. In addition, also will be used for the specific GPCR signaling pathways, all kinds of structural domain and fragments, and the upstream and downstream protein and ligand interactions are analyzed.

3、 投标人资格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：
1)投标人在中华人民共和国境内注册且具有独立的法人资格，能提供上述产品及相应服务的代理商或生产厂家；投标人提供的投标机型应是原产地的全新产品。1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers; Provide bidders bidding models should be the origin of new products.
2)必须提供所投产品的生产商针对本次招标项目出具的独家授权书；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender;
3) 制造商或者代理商至少有三年从事类似货物生产和销售的经验；具有招标文件中所需设备的供货和售后服务的能力；
