3.  All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to contact Shanghai Machinery & Electric Equipment tendering Co.,Ltd. to obtain bidding documents between 9:00-16:00 a.m./p.m. （Beijing time） at the following address from 2014-06-06to 2014-06-13（Saturday, Sunday and holidays except）, upon non-refundable payment of RMB 800 or USD 150, foreach complete set of package 1 of bidding documents for each IFB. For mail order, please add RMB 60 or USD 80 for each set.

3.      有意向的合格投标人可从2014年06月06日至2014年6月13止，每天（节假日除外）9:00时至16:00时（北京时间）在上海机电设备招标有限公司（长寿路285号恒达广场16楼）楼购买招标文件，本招标文件每套售价为人民币800 元或美金150元，（国内邮购另加邮资人民币60元，国外邮购另加邮资美金80元），售后不退。

4.      The Bidding shall register on “the website”（ www.chinabidding.com） before deadline for submission of bids. Otherwise, the bidders cannot enter into effective bidding process and shall be responsible for the outcome themselves. The Bidders who have successfully registered on the website June inspect the result of evaluation of bids and the outcome publication.

6.  Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:30 on 2014-06-27（Beijing time） at the offices of Shanghai Machinery & Electric Equipment tendering Co.,Ltd.

6.  定于2014年06月27日13:30 时（北京时间），在上海机电设备招标有限公司（长寿路285号恒达广场16楼）公开开标。届时邀请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

7.  If any, questions in written form shall be forwarded to tender or tendering company 15 days before the bidding deadline. If bidders forward no questions during the time limit mentioned above, and participate in the bidding, it is reasonable for the tender and tendering agent to regard the bidder as having no questions as well as totally agreeing with and accepting for all the requirements specified in the tendering document. After bidding deadline, tender and tendering agent shall not reply to any questions submitted by bidders.

7.  投标人如果对招标文件有任何疑问，请在投标截止日期前15天以书面形式向招标人或招标公司提出。如果未在以上期限内提出疑问，并在开标当天提交了投标文件并参与了投标，则招标人和招标代理有充分的理由认为该投标人对招标文件中提出的所有要求没有任何疑问并表示完全认可和接受。在开标以后，招标人和招标代理将不再受理各投标人对招标文件内容所提出的任何质疑。

8.  Chinese Low manages all above Bidding Schedule and if there is any alteration in the schedule

should be announced by the letter written by our company. Here we inviting all the manufacturer that can supply this kind of Machine asked in this invitation.
