The system is a high-volume, fluorescence-based DNA sequencing unit which utilizes capillary electrophoresis with 96 capillaries in parallel with auto injection, gel matrix replacement, separation, detection and analysis. It will process 96 samples per run in less than two hours (equivalent to over 1100 sequencing templates in 24 hours).

如果真是需要的话，这样的仪器在美国很容易找到的，那边有许多公司在做这样的二手仪器的业务，包括收购，翻新，再出售，有半年到一年的保证期，比国内的二手市场发达多了。
