It is one of the leading Biotech companies in the world, which provides products and services that support academic, government research institutions, pharmaceutical and biotechnology as well. It has branches in Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korean, and other 24 countries as well as regions. Currently it has over 200 staffs in china, with business operation in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other cities.

Key responsibilities:

Ø Implement sales strategies in coordination with Sales Manager/Region Manager.

Ø Develop sales strategies to increase market share in the responsible areas.

Ø Identify and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Manage the sales cycle.

Ø Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers/dealers .Educate customers/dealers on new products and product enhancements.

Ø Understand and communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to sales management. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.

Ø Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.

Ø Coordination with interrelated department for AR collection.

Ø Manage team members on performance.

Requirements:

Ø BA or above in Bioscience related discipline

Ø with 5-8 year total working experience and 3 years related working experience

Ø Experience in leading sales team and with sales channels in institutions and universities
