BD CARV II仪器使用汞灯或氙灯,适合360nm - 700nm全光谱应用,避免了单一的激光波长以及高昂的费用;高速拍摄,每秒帧数至100fps,可以实现活细胞实时分析观察;配合高速CCD相机和滤光片转轮或高速多光谱激发光源,实现多通道3D图像采集;共聚焦图像应用于荧光漂白恢复技术(FRAP)测量。
