Supply bacterial lipopolysaccharide

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is a component locating in the cell wall of Gram negative bacteria, which exerts a crucial role in the pathogenesis of systemic inflammation and sepsis that usually results in multiorgans failure and even death. In immunology, pharmacology, pathophysiology and other relevant disiplines such as in surgery infection model, LPS is a common reagent. In our company labor, we utilize the classical techniques to prepare LPS of smooth-form bacteria and rough-form bacteria.
